How we work

We are a small scale company dedicated to working hard to cater to your every need. This includes offering a full building service which begins with your free no obligation quote, followed by your consultation, your plans, beginning the work, regular progress checks, and finishes with the completion of the work.

In the planning stages, we either use locally sourced highly qualified architects, or work from the clients own plans. We are happy to give advice on any aspect of your planning, as well as making recommendations to anything else you may need within the process.

Another one of our unique services is that we totally manage the whole project so that there is no stress for the client. We understand that you have a busy workload and will keep all distractions to a minimum, and work efficiently to meet deadlines. We also ensure that extensions are completed before breaking through to existing buildings for the convenience of our customers.

We also promise to use the same fully qualified electricians and plumbers throughout the project, so that no wires are crossed and the same high quality materials and workmanship are used throughout.

If required, we are happy to provide a supply schedule of works or contract, whether it is for your personal peace of mind, or if you need paper evidence that the work is being carried out.

Our work is never rushed or completed hastily, as we will not allow for any avoidable mistakes on our part! Our ethos is to provide a high quality bespoke job, and don’t carry across a similar plan template, as all buildings are different and require different treatment.

However, we are happy to work outside of these hours if required.

We are available to contact at any time 7 days a week, whether that is for a quotation on work, or simply some advice on what to do next with your building/project.

One of the factors we pride ourselves on as a company is our fantastic reputation with customers, and is the reason we hold so many long term contracts with clients.
